Mark Burris, Managing Partner, founded SPNW in 2020 after more than thirty years as a financier. He has funded more than $3B in new financing transactions, led corporate banking teams, and spent a decade leading deal teams and complex transactions in Silicon Valley.
A successful private company investor, Mark's strategic, financial, and business development acumen is complimented by his leadership experience as former Chairman of the Board and subsequently as Chief Operating Officer for a $30MM non-profit.
